About the race
LBL Bridge to Bridge Trail Run is a 22-kilometer trail race held in Hardin, Kentucky. The course starts on the Canton side of the Lake Barkley Bridge and crosses into Land Between the Lakes, following a paved path along Highway 80 before continuing on the Central Hardwoods Scenic Trail, ending after crossing the Kentucky Lake Bridge. Runners may compete as individuals or in 2-person or 3-person relay teams.
The route melds paved sections with woodland trail and packed gravel, featuring moderate elevation changes and scenic forested terrain. The event is dog-friendly (leashed dogs allowed) and USATF sanctioned. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
