Lead King Loop 25k
The Lead King Loop 25K is a scenic running and hiking event held in the heart of Colorado's Elk Mountains near Marble. Participants can run, walk, or hike the 25K course that winds through Lead King Basin, past the iconic Crystal Mill, and through the historic Town of Crystal, showcasing breathtaking fall colors. There is also an 8-mile Quarry Climb option along the Yule Marble Quarry Road with stunning views of the Maroon Bells-Snowmass and Raggeds Wilderness areas.
The event features a kids' 2.5K fun run, a post-race Slow Groovin' BBQ lunch, and a cold beer for adults. All proceeds benefit the Marble Charter School. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
