The Let Me Run Charlotte 5K takes place on December 13, 2025, at 3701 Arco Corporate Dr, Charlotte, NC 28273, USA. Distance offered: 5K. Bibs and shirts are available for pickup at the race; there is no advance packet pickup.
Boys and coaches on Fall 2025 teams do not need to register. Boys do not require an adult running buddy, but an adult buddy is encouraged.
Registration and rules
Registration fees vary by date, ranging from $40.49 to $51.49 depending on when the entry is submitted. Entries are non-transferable. There are no refunds unless the registrant enrolled in the Refund Protection Program. Race management may cancel or modify the event for unfavorable conditions, and registration fees are not refundable if the event is canceled due to Acts of God.
Race rules follow RRCA guidance. Headphones and personal audio players are strongly discouraged. No pets, no roller blades, no bicycles, and no skateboards are allowed on the course. Baby joggers are allowed but must start behind all runners and walkers. Numbers must be worn on the front and be clearly visible. Unregistered runners are not allowed. Runners who withdraw from the race must inform a race official or aid station volunteer. Smoking, littering, and alcohol consumption are not permitted in Whitehall Business Park.
