LifeAct's Move for Mental Health 5K Run

LifeAct's Move for Mental Health 5K Run & 1 Mile Walk is the organization’s third annual, family-friendly fundraiser in Cleveland, Ohio, held at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo. The event offers a 5K timed run, a 1-mile walk, and a Cheerleader option. Participants race or stroll through the Zoo grounds, with full-day Zoo admission included after the event, a race t-shirt, and access to a Wellness Community Resources Fair.

Top male/female finishers and top fundraising teams receive awards. Proceeds support LifeAct’s mission to teach teens to recognize warning signs of suicide and depression and expand mental health education in Northeast Ohio. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
