Light The Darkness 5K

Light The Darkness 5K & 1 Mile Glow Run takes place at Saint Ferdinand Park in Florissant, Missouri. The event offers two courses—5K and 1 mile—designed for runners and walkers of all ages who want to light the night in support of suicide prevention awareness. Participants receive a custom event T-shirt and a unique finishers medal, with glow items available for purchase to enhance the glow-themed atmosphere.

Proceeds (100% of net) benefit local mental health and suicide-prevention groups, including the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and CHADS Coalition for Mental Health.
