Little Falls Spooky Sprint 5K
The Little Falls Spooky Sprint is a USATF-sanctioned 5K road race held on Sunday, October 19, 2025. The course is described as flat and uses the same route as the "Run Little Falls 5K (2021)". Net proceeds from the event will support enhancements to Little Falls recreational facilities and programs. Participants are encouraged to wear Halloween costumes; awards will be given for Top Running Times and Best Costumes. The event is open to runners and walkers of all ages.
Location and registration
The race takes place at the Little Falls Sports & Recreation Complex, 160 Paterson Ave, Little Falls, NJ 07424. Early packet pickup is available on Saturday, October 18 at the Little Falls Recreation Center (same address). Online registration by October 6 includes a T-shirt and a draw string swag bag.
