Live Brave 5K

The Live Brave 5K and 1 Mile event is scheduled for August 9, 2025, at Colby Lake Park in Woodbury, Minnesota. This community-focused race aims to raise awareness and support for youth eating disorder prevention and recovery programs. Participants can choose to run in the 5K, the 1 Mile, or take on "The Brave Challenge" by completing both distances.

The event features USATF certified courses and offers competitive and community waves, with kids under 12 running for free in the 1 Mile event.
