Long Beach Island Triathlon

The DQ Long Beach Island Triathlon, Duathlon, and Aquabike take place at Bayview Park in Long Beach, New Jersey. This USAT-sanctioned event features a flat, fast course through scenic Long Beach Island and Beach Haven. The triathlon includes a 1/4 mile swim in the bay, a 10-mile bike ride, and a 3-mile run.

The duathlon consists of a 1.5-mile run, 10-mile bike, and 3-mile run, while the aquabike combines the swim and bike segments. Participants can also compete in relay formats. The event offers age group, overall, and special division awards, with refreshments and finisher medals provided.
