The Big Forest

The Big Forest is an inaugural running festival held at Bass River State Forest in Tuckerton, New Jersey, featuring a half marathon, 10K, and 5K. Nestled in a historic forest developed by the Civilian Conservation Corps and near Lake Absegami, the course offers a scenic mix of paved roads, hard-packed paths, and wooden boardwalks through pine and cedar woods. The looped course design allows strong fan support at start, finish, and turnaround points.
