Lost Dog 10k

Lost Dog 5k & 10k is held at the Workhouse Arts Center in Lorton, Virginia. The event offers two distances: a 5k out-and-back course and a 10k that runs two laps of that route, on a paved course with limited hills. Water stations line the routes (eight on the 10k and four on the 5k), with Gatorade at select stops.

Runners receive a finisher’s medal, a technical shirt, and chip timing. Proceeds benefit the Lost Dog & Cat Rescue Foundation. Highlights include live Athlinks results, on-site packet pickup, a virtual option, and a Back of the Pack series for similarly paced runners.
