Sweet T TRFF 5k

The Sweet T TRFF 5k is an annual family-friendly running event held at Move Church in Lake Ridge, Virginia. The event features a timed 5K run, a 1-mile walk, and fun runs of 400 meters and 1/2 mile for children, welcoming walkers and strollers.
