Lou's Run

Lou's Run is part of the Shawangunk Runners' long-standing summer series, held since 1974 to highlight the scenic running opportunities around the Shawangunk Ridge in New York. This event features a course of over 4 miles along the Mohonk Preserve carriage roads near Bonticou Crag.
