Love & Time 5K
The Love & Time 5K is a meaningful run/walk event held at NTC Park, Cushing Road, San Diego, California. This 5-kilometer race supports mental health services for mothers facing complicated pregnancies, pregnancy loss, infertility, and postpartum challenges, as well as mentorship for children with high Adverse Childhood Experience (ACE) scores. Participants are encouraged to wear masks symbolizing their true selves and unveil them at the finish line, promoting self-confidence and mental well-being.
The event offers medals for all finishers and features open parking. It welcomes runners of all levels, including a beginner-friendly Zero to 5K program.
