The LUCHA RUN takes place on Sunday, December 7, 2025, in Fresno, CA at Woodward Park (Mountain View Shelter), 7775 N Friant Rd. The event program includes a kids run plus several adult events. Registration information for the kids run closes on December 7, 2025.

Course, awards and amenities
The course starts and finishes at the Mt. View Shelter and is an out-and-back route on a wide open trail. The 6K course is listed as 6K (3.74 miles) and the 3K is noted as a 2 mile course with the turn around at the mile mark. Bib pick up and late registration are scheduled the day before the race (Saturday, December 6) and on the morning of the event at Woodward Park.
Awards for the 6K include age group awards (top 3 male/female across multiple age bands), separate Clydesdale and Athena awards, cash awards for the top male and female and for team prizes, and awards for the top boys and girls in the kids races. Participant amenities include long sleeve running shirts, medals, food at the finish (tacos, hot chocolate, pan dulce), team and overall awards, and live music.
