LYSB Midsummer Run

The LYSB Midsummer Run is a family-friendly event held in historic Old Lyme, Connecticut, featuring a scenic 5K Run, 5K Walk, and a Kids K fun run. The race starts at the Lymes' Youth Service Bureau (LYSB) on Lyme Street and winds through the charming village streets. It coincides with the Old Lyme Midsummer Festival, a weekend of cultural and community activities.

Participants receive commemorative T-shirts (first 200 registrants) and finisher medals. The event includes age group awards and chip timing for runners. Proceeds support LYSB’s youth programs focused on mental wellness and positive development.
