Madre's Fiesta

Madre's Fiesta is an annual running event held at Jennings State Forest in Middleburg, Florida, celebrating mothers with a festive Latin-themed atmosphere. Participants can choose from a half marathon, 14K, 7K, or a 1-mile kids' fun run, all on looped, flat, and wide trails along the scenic Sandridge Trail. The half marathon consists of two 6.65-mile loops, the 14K two 4.2-mile loops, and the 7K one 4.2-mile loop.

The race features custom Latin-themed medals, a piñata, and the race director’s famous chorizo and egg burritos. Aid stations provide water and electrolytes, and the event is cup-free, requiring runners to bring their own hydration. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
