Majek Wine Run Turkey Trot 5k
The Majek Wine Run Turkey Trot takes place on Sunday, November 16, 2025, at Majek Vineyard & Winery, 12508 FM957, Schulenburg, TX 78956. The event is a chip-timed 5k run/walk. The course starts and finishes at the winery; the official course map will be posted before the event. Timing and scoring are provided by J3 Timing and results will be posted online.
Registration, awards and logistics
Registration includes a T-shirt (super soft ring spun cotton), a shatterproof collapsible wine glass, a wine glass shaped finisher medal, a chip-timed race bib, and a pour of wine. Minors receive a discounted registration that includes a shirt, medal and bib but do not receive a wine glass or a wine pour. Packet pickup is race day only and opens one hour before the event.
Age group awards are offered in 10-year categories up to 80 & Over. The top three finishers male and female in each age category receive custom age group awards. Age group awards are available for pickup on the day of the event and will not be shipped. A virtual participation option is available, including packet pickup with a separate virtual run option or packet shipment for a $10 shipping and handling fee.
