Packet and shirt pick-up is at Fleet Feet, 7661 Voice of America Center Drive, West Chester, OH, with pickup dates on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, and Wednesday, November 26, 2025 (morning and late-afternoon sessions). Race day parking is available at Mason High School lots (6100 Mason-Montgomery Road) and at Mason Intermediate and Middle School lots (6307 S Mason-Montgomery Road). Dogs are allowed if on a short, non-retractable leash and under control; owners must pick up after their pets and keep distance from others. Strollers are allowed, and walkers and strollers are asked to start near the back of the pack. Refunds are not offered; the event is rain or shine. A guaranteed race t-shirt requires registration by November 9. Packets not picked up will not be mailed. Someone else may pick up a packet with written permission via email or text.
