43rd Mayor’s Icicle Ten Miler & Snowflake 5k
The 43rd Mayor’s Icicle Run takes place on January 10, 2026 in Wilmington, DE, with the event base at the Central Branch YMCA (11th & Washington Street). Race options include:

Team entries are available with a minimum of 10 people for a team discount. Registration fee examples listed are: Ten Miler $65.65, 5K $44.35, both events $81.63, and a guest pass $12.40. A VIP Experience is offered that includes complimentary beer, wine, and food; general post-race admission includes food and drinks available for purchase.
Course, amenities and awards
The course is USATF certified and starts and finishes at the Central YMCA. Water stations are located at miles 2.25, 4.25, 7.25 and 9.5. Water and Gatorade are available at registration and the finish area. No dogs are allowed and bibs are non-transferable. The Ten Miler does not allow walkers and has a course time limit of 2:20.
Race amenities include event t-shirts and a post-race party hosted at Juniper by Tonic. Awards are given for overall male and female winners and masters winners, plus top three male and female in 10-year age groups for both the Ten Miler and the 5K.
