Midstate Massive Ultra Trail

The Midstate Massive Ultra Trail is a challenging point-to-point trail race held in central Massachusetts with segments crossing into New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. Featuring 100-mile, 50-mile, and 50k distances, the race follows the historic Midstate Trail marked by yellow triangle blazes. Runners experience diverse terrain including mountains, fields, roads, and rivers, with significant elevation gains (13,615 ft for 100M).
