Course and logistics
The course is described as a flat out-and-back along the shoreline of Bay Farm Island, with views of San Francisco and the Alameda Main Island. Organizers note increased use of Harbor Bay Parkway streets this year to accommodate attendance. The kids event is for ages 12 and under, is a 1/2 mile circular loop on the shoreline trail, and starts separately from the main races. Packet pick up is available December 3-5, 2025, at Lauren's Closet, 1420 Park St, Alameda, CA. There is parking at the ferry terminal, and snacks and drinks will be provided after the race. Entry fees listed are $40 for the 5K, $65 for the 10K, and $20 for the kids run; prices increase after November 30, 2025.
