Midwest Endurance Ultrapalooza is a multi-distance ultrarunning event held in Osawatomie, Kansas, along the scenic Flint Hills Trail, one of the longest rail-trails in the U.S. The course features flat, fast, crushed gravel trails through tallgrass prairies, river bluffs, farmland, and woodlands, offering spectacular views and a historic route. Distances range from 5K to 100 miles, including marathon and ultramarathon options.

The event boasts well-stocked aid stations every 4-5 miles, technical race shirts, unique awards, and a lively start/finish area with music and food trucks.
