Mighty Mo Run

The Mighty Mo Run is Sioux City, Iowa's premier running event, held annually at the Siouxland Expo Center. It features a variety of races including a Kid’s Fun Run, 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, and the unique “Stooge” Run, which challenges participants to run all three days. All courses are designed to be flat, fast, and fun, primarily following the scenic Missouri River Trail.

The Half Marathon course has been updated due to recent flooding, and the Full Marathon is on hiatus until 2026 due to course reconstruction. Proceeds support the H.A.R.T. Foundation, aiding athletes in training and running. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
