Mighty Mo Run

The Mighty Mo Run is Sioux City, Iowa's premier running event held annually at the Siouxland Expo Center. It features a variety of races including a Kid’s Fun Run, 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, and the unique “Stooge” Run, which challenges participants to run all three days. All courses are designed to be flat, fast, and fun, primarily following the scenic Missouri River Trail.

The event supports the H.A.R.T. Foundation, aiding athletes in training. Due to recent flooding and course reconstruction, the full marathon is paused until 2026, but the half marathon remains a certified and popular race.
