About the race
Mike’s Seafood Valentine’s Day 5K Run/Walk for Autism takes place in Sea Isle City, New Jersey, along John F. Kennedy Boulevard on the Promenade by the Boardwalk. The event offers a 5K Run and a Walking-1 Mile option; the walk is non-competitive.
Attendees gather in heated tents outside Excursion Park for live music, an awards ceremony, door prizes, magicians, face painting, and a buffet of bagels, donuts, pastries, soft pretzels, fruit, and drinks. The first 2,000 pre-registered participants receive a T-shirt and entry into a door-prize drawing. Proceeds support Autism Speaks and related autism organizations; pre-registered packet pickup is at the Sea Isle City Community Center.
