About the race
Mile Madness Endurance Run takes place at Sunset Whitney Recreation Area in Rocklin, California. The race uses a 1.05-mile loop (85% dirt, 15% paved) with about 62 feet of elevation per lap and a central Start/Finish hub. Runners choose from 6-, 12-, 24-, 48-, or 72-hour events, plus a 100-mile challenge with a buckle; multiple races can be registered, but only one bib at a time.
The event emphasizes community and support; on-site camping and gear rentals for longer events; a generous aid station with hot meals, coffee, and snacks; cupless policy; on-site timing and podiums for each distance. Pacers are allowed for select distances. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
