Mile Madness Endurance Run
The Mile Madness Endurance Run is a multi-day ultrarunning event held at Sunset Whitney Recreation Area in Rocklin, California. The course is a professionally measured 1.05-mile loop featuring 85% dirt trail and 15% paved path, with about 62 feet of elevation gain per lap. Runners can choose from various timed challenges including 6, 12, 24, 48, and 72-hour races, as well as a 100-mile challenge with a generous 48-hour cutoff.
The event emphasizes community and support, offering a fully stocked aid station with diverse food and beverages, camping options with gear rentals, and pacer allowances for longer distances.
