Miles for Smiles 5K takes place on Saturday, March 7, 2026, in Rockwall, Texas at 4398 TX-276, Rockwall, TX 75032. The event includes the following distances:

- 1M Fun Run
- Virtual Run
Entry fees listed are $30 for the 5K, $17 for the 1M Fun Run, and $35 for the Virtual Run. Prices increase after December 31, 2025.
Charity and awards
The event benefits Meals on Wheels Senior Services of Rockwall County. Funds support programs such as Allan’s Companion Program, Ani-Meals, and caregiver resources for homebound seniors.
Runners registered by the end of the day on February 15, 2026, are guaranteed a t-shirt in the desired size. 5K awards include overall first place male and female, masters first place male and female, and age-group awards for: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
