Miller Mountain Trail Challenge
The Miller Mountain Trail Challenge in Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania, is a demanding trail running event featuring a 25K race with approximately 4,700 feet of elevation gain, including four steep ascents of Miller Mountain. The course offers stunning views over the Susquehanna River, private farms, and the town of Tunkhannock, with challenging climbs and technical descents. A shorter 5-mile race with about 2,000 feet of elevation gain highlights the mountain’s best vistas and steep terrain.
Both races include aid stations and finish with a festive after-party. Proceeds benefit local charities focused on land conservation and community support. Participants receive finisher gifts, swag, and a post-race meal. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
