Mispillon Art League Run for the Arts 5K
Milford, Delaware hosts the 8th Mispillon Art League Run for the Arts 5k, a Seashore Striders-produced event benefiting the Mispillion Art League. The day features two races: The “Van Gogh” 5k Run and The “Monet” Mile. The MAL 5k is a flat, fast course through Milford along the Mispillion Riverwalk Trail and Goat Island, starting and finishing at the park adjacent to Arena.
Chronotrack timing, post-race refreshments and a celebration at Park Place Restaurant accompany the finish. T-shirts and custom awards are awarded, with divisions for multiple age groups. Proceeds benefit the art league and Milford’s artistic community.
