MKFD Fired Up 5K

MKFD Fired Up 5K is Mount Kisco, New York's annual community running event organized by the Mount Kisco Volunteer Fire Department. The race features a 5K main event and a Stop, Drop and Race Kids Dash at Kirby Plaza in Mount Kisco. It is the 12th annual Kisco 5K and Kids Mad Dash, dedicated to supporting volunteers' training and equipment.

Proceeds benefit the fire department, helping keep the community safe. The event is pre-registration only; there is no race-day signup, and shirts are not guaranteed for entrants after September 4, 2025. A favorite, family-friendly atmosphere rounds out the day.
