Moab Run the Rocks

Moab Run the Rocks is a three-day trail running stage race set in Moab, Utah’s renowned singletrack. Runners can choose between two distances: The Full Pint, a 53.6-mile (85.6 km) course with 4,480 ft of vertical gain, and The Half Pint, 33.1 miles (53.1 km) with 2,670 ft of vertical gain. The routes cover three stages—Navajo Rocks, Gemini Bridges, and Bar M—across Moab’s iconic red-rock terrain.

The event blends a competitive challenge with a spring trail-running festival atmosphere, drawing participants to some of the world’s most coveted singletrack. Registration is limited to 700 runners. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
