Mount Evans Freedom Run 5k
The Mount Evans Freedom Run 5K is an annual community event held every Fourth of July in Evergreen, Colorado, benefiting Mount Evans Home Health Care & Hospice. The race features a scenic and hilly 5K course through residential neighborhoods, starting at Evergreen Middle School and finishing near the Evergreen Athletic Club. Participants can run or walk, with strollers and leashed dogs allowed at the back for safety.
The event includes a festive after party with refreshments, music, and costume contests for both humans and dogs.
