Mt. Tam Wild Boar Half Marathon
The Mt. Tam Wild Boar Half Marathon & 10K is an annual trail running event held at Mt. Tamalpais State Park in Mill Valley, California.
Celebrating its 38th year, the race features a scenic coastal ridge course combining paved roads and single-track dirt trails with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, Bolinas Lagoon, and Marin County watershed. The half marathon follows Ridgecrest Blvd. and Bolinas/Fairfax Road before returning via the Coastal Trail, while the 10K turns back earlier along the Coastal Trail.
Limited to 300 participants, the event offers aid stations, participant t-shirts, medals for half marathon finishers, and personalized ribbons for top age group finishers. Headphones are prohibited for safety on narrow trails. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
