Muir Woods Marathon

The Muir Woods Marathon, Half Marathon, and 7 Mile trail runs take place annually at Stinson Beach, California, starting from the Stinson Beach Parking Lot. This scenic event features challenging courses that ascend from sea level into the dense, towering redwoods and oaks of Muir Woods, following the historic Dipsea Trail to Steep Ravine. Runners encounter natural obstacles such as wooden ladders, rock and wooden staircases, and tree trunk scrambles, alongside picturesque babbling brooks and waterfalls.
