Myrtle Beach Adventure Ruck
Myrtle Beach Adventure Ruck is a 10-hour team endurance event held in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Open to teams of three, participants embark on a self-navigated course that spans roughly 20–35 miles across beaches and urban spaces. Each team must carry a minimum 20-pound dry-weight ruck and locate up to 20 checkpoints, with some checkpoints including obstacles, physical tasks, or team-based challenges that require coordination to complete.
Navigation is allowed by map and GPS. Scoring is checkpoint-based, with the most points and fastest time winning; ties are broken by finish time. Prizes await the top teams, and the event emphasizes teamwork, grit, and problem-solving in an adventurous, race-meets-challenge atmosphere.
