Nashville Recovery Run

The Nashville Recovery Run 5k is hosted by InSight Recovery & Wellness and Recovery Unplugged in Nashville on September 6, 2025. The race takes place at Shelby Park (Shelby Ave & S 20th St), Nashville, TN 37206. It features a 5k run with music and food for runners, and on-site official timing by Personal Best Racing.

Proceeds support treatment and care for those in need in the Nashville metropolitan area. General Admission and Recovery Alumni tickets are offered; shirt supplies are limited, with the first 80 runners eligible for a new shirt.
