New Bern Autism Run

The New Bern Autism 5K Run/Walk is an annual event held at Union Point Park in downtown New Bern, North Carolina, designed to raise awareness and promote acceptance of autism in Eastern North Carolina. Now in its fifth year, the event features a scenic 5K course along the waterfront, welcoming runners, walkers, and teams united for the cause. The day includes a Kids’ Fun Run, a Resource & Vendor Fair with autism-friendly products and services, live entertainment, games, giveaways, and food trucks, creating a festive family atmosphere.

The event also hosts an Autism Awareness Ceremony to honor individuals and families affected by autism. Participants support the mission of There's A Way StyronDavis Resource Network, Inc., a nonprofit connecting families with vital resources and advocacy.
