The event is described as Newgate Mission's biggest fundraiser of the year. Proceeds support Newgate Mission programs that provide hot meals, groceries, clothing, and spiritual and social support throughout the year. There is no registration fee; donations are accepted and financial gifts can be made through registration, the mission website, or on race day, with cash or checks accepted. Online registration closes November 18, 2025. Parking is listed at Austin Bank on Loop 281. Event T-shirts are available for most sizes at $25 each and are included with select sponsorship levels. T-shirts ordered through registration are available November 11-14, 2025 at the Mission (207 S. Mobberly) from Tuesday through Friday.
