Noon Year's Eve : Oconomowoc, WI
Noon Year's Eve takes place on December 31, 2025, at Meadow View Elementary School in Oconomowoc, WI. The event includes the following distances:
- Kiddos 1K (free; open to ages 12 and under)
- 5K Run
- 1.5 Mile Walk
The 5K Run and the 1.5 Mile Walk list an entry fee of $32.50; prices increase after October 31, 2025.
Event details and logistics
The event is held at Meadow View Elementary School, with access to a large heated building. Activities include games, make-and-take kits, music, a selfie station, finish photos posted after the event, and an official ball drop from the Western Lakes Fire Department ladder truck. Every participant receives a custom Finisher Woodle made from recycled local wood. Hot chocolate will be sold by the charity partner for $2.50 per cup, cash only, with proceeds supporting downtown Oconomowoc Christmas lights.
Course information: the Kiddos 1K is contained within the school grounds; the 1.5 Mile Walk follows paths around nearby parks; the 5K combines paths with neighborhood roads. Packet pick-up requires scanning the QR code on the registrant email receipt (mobile screenshot acceptable). Race shirts are cotton unisex, guaranteed for 5K and 1.5 Mile Walk registrants by December 17; the Kiddos 1K does not include a shirt, though shirts are available for purchase online until December 17 while supplies last.
