Noon Year's Eve 5K

The NOON Year's Eve 5K is an annual running event held at McAlpine Creek Park in Charlotte, North Carolina. Celebrated on December 31st, this festive race features a certified 5K cross country course with scenic views of a lake and surrounding parkland. The event welcomes runners and walkers of all paces and includes a traditional New Year's Eve countdown at noon.

Participants receive a long-sleeve branded race shirt, a finisher medal, and post-race lunch and beverages, with a "Go Green" option available. A Kids Dash is also offered, where children earn their own finisher medal. Awards are given for overall, age groups, and the fastest last mile of the year.
