North Ogden Turkey Trot
The North Ogden Turkey Trot takes place on Thursday, November 27, 2025, at McGriff Park, 2950 N 900 E, Ogden, UT 84414. The event is organized by The Hobbyjogger Project and is the fourth annual running of this race. Parking is available in the church parking lot to the south of the park.
Race format and registration
- 5K - individual 5K (two laps, 1.5 miles per lap)
- 5k Relay - two-person relay, one lap (1.5 miles) each
The course is two laps of 1.5 miles per lap. Timing will record individual splits for relay runners and total times for teams and individuals. Event listings show a registration price of $35 for the 5K and $25 for the 5k Relay; prices increase after November 25, 2025 at 11:59pm MST. Shirts are available to registrants who sign up before November 10. Bib pickup is scheduled the evening before the race at the McGriff Park Bowery from 4:30 to 6:30pm. Awards are scheduled to begin at 8:45am after the race. Prizes include pies. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
