Event overview
The Suffolk Turkey Trot 5K is scheduled for November 8, 2025, at Belmont Lake State Park in West Babylon, NY. The in-person course loops around a 42-acre lake and follows tree-lined trails. A free Kiddie Dash is held before the main 5K. A portion of event proceeds benefits the Never Stop Running Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

Logistics and amenities
Registration offers in-person and virtual options and a bib-mailing add-on for a fee. A T-shirt is available in multiple sizes. The event is held rain or shine. On-site amenities include an informal bag check, bathrooms within a few minutes walk of the start and finish, hydration at the finish line, and refreshments provided by event partners. Virtual participants may log a time during the event window and upload photos. Results, finish-line photos, and online race timing are provided.
