The Oktoberfest Meiler Vier is a 4-mile run organized by M3S Sports during the Columbus Oktoberfest. The 2026 edition takes place on September 11, 2026 at the Ohio Expo Center, 717 E. 17th Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43211. The event package includes an event shirt, a finisher's medal, a complimentary beer (craft beer excluded), and a complimentary sausage.

Registration, packet pickup and policies
2026 entry fees are listed as $45 through August 13 and $50 from August 14 through race day. A group discount is offered when registering three entries with promo code 2026SAVE15. M3S Sports has a no refund policy. Strollers are allowed. No pets or dogs are allowed; service animals trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome.
Packet pickup is hosted at Fleet Feet Sports Lewis Center, 1270 E. Powell Rd., Lewis Center 43035. Pickup at Fleet Feet is scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 10 (11 a.m.–7 p.m.) and Friday, Sept. 11 (11 a.m.–2 p.m.). Race day packet pickup begins at 4 p.m. at the Ohio Expo Center. Participants who collect their packet at Fleet Feet during the listed times receive a complimentary parking pass; otherwise parking at the Ohio Expo Center is $15 per car.
The event monitoring plan includes a flag warning system for course conditions. Visible lightning will cause at least a 30-minute postponement, and extra water will be provided if extreme heat is predicted. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
