Old Baldy Run for the Light
The Old Baldy Run for the Light is a scenic running event held on Bald Head Island, North Carolina, featuring 10K, 5K, and 1-mile distances. Set near coastal dunes and through maritime forests, the race offers stunning views as participants run at dusk toward the historic Old Baldy Lighthouse, North Carolina’s oldest standing lighthouse. The all-asphalt, stroller-friendly course includes water stops and mile splits, but dogs are not permitted.
Participants receive a finisher medal, race shirt (if registered early), and swag bag, with adults over 21 receiving a drink ticket.
