Early bib pickup is offered the day before the event at Winston YMCA. Race day registration is available. The virtual run window is between September 21 and September 25; virtual participants can run independently and submit a time. Timing services are provided by Second Wind Timing. Race packets include a bib number, B-tag, safety pins, race information, and sponsor items. Breakfast and speaker presentations with care insights and educational resources for individuals and families affected by Ataxia are planned after the race. Custom finisher medals are guaranteed for the first 100 in-person 5K registrants by September 25; virtual participants may receive a medal for an additional shipping fee.
