One In A Million 5K

One In A Million 5K Run/Walk is held at McAllister Park, Pavilion #2, in San Antonio, Texas. The event offers a 5K and a 1-mile option, plus kids’ entries (ages 4–10) and a free option for ages 0–3 with an adult. The course runs through McAllister Park in a family-friendly, supportive atmosphere, with educational signage about Appendix Cancer, a rare disease.
