The Oregon Cascades 100 is a point-to-point trail event on July 25, 2026, with race activities based in Sisters, Oregon. Distances offered:
- 100 Miler
 - 50 Mile
 - Pacer (pacer role available)
 
The 100 mile course starts in Bend and finishes in Sisters. It has roughly 10,900 ft of elevation gain and 11,400 ft of loss, with most climbing concentrated in the first 100K. The route is a mix of single-track and forest service roads: about 78% single-track and 20% dirt/gravel FS road, with 12 full aid stations. Finishers within the allotted time receive a custom buckle. The 50 mile course starts at Swampy Lakes Sno Park; runners are shuttled from the finish area at Sisters Middle School to that start. The 50 mile race has about 4,000 ft of gain and 6,500 ft of loss, is roughly 80% single-track and 20% dirt/gravel FS road, and includes 5 full aid stations. The 50 mile cut-off is 16 hours. The event is a Western States qualifier. Pacers must sign a waiver.
Registration and policies
Registration opens on December 1, 2025. Transfers to other runners are not permitted. Cancellations more than 30 days before the race are eligible for a 50% credit toward the same event the following year; cancellations 30 days or less before the race receive no credit, refund, or transfer. If the organizer cancels and cannot feasibly reschedule the event, refunds, credits, and rollovers will not be given. Registration fees support a race beneficiary.
