Oriflamme Trail Run

The Oriflamme Trail Run is a challenging 50K event held in Julian, California, within the scenic Anza Borrego Desert State Park. The out-and-back course starts at the Sunrise Trailhead, following the Pacific Crest Trail north to Mason Valley Truck Trail before descending over 2,000 feet into the desert via Oriflamme Canyon. Runners then traverse the California Riding & Hiking Trail, cross S2, and continue through Box Canyon to the turnaround point.

The race features diverse terrain, including single track trails and stunning desert landscapes, culminating in a demanding 5+ mile climb back up Oriflamme Canyon. Participants have a 9-hour time limit to complete the run. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
