About the race
Orlando Spartan Weekend takes place at Lake Nona in Orlando, Florida, on November 8–9, 2025. The event offers multiple Spartan distances: Sprint 5K with 20 obstacles, Super 10K with 25 obstacles, and a Kids Race of 1–3 km, plus the Para World Championship. The atmosphere is festival-like, with finish-line celebrations, music, and beer gardens, and a strong team dynamic.
The course blends off-road terrain with classic Spartan obstacles, including carries, climbs, a rope climb, barbed wire crawl, spear throw, and the iconic fire jump.
