O'side Turkey Trot

O’side Turkey Trot is a Thanksgiving-morning running festival in Oceanside, California, produced by San Diego Running Co. It offers a 5K Run/Walk and a Kids Run, with two 5K options (Early Wave and Main Wave) plus a Double Dip to run the distance twice. The scenic beach course starts at the Civic Center and finishes near the Oceanside Pier, with water views and ocean breezes on a fast, flat route.

Voted Top Trot by Runner’s World Magazine and the Los Angeles Times, the event features live entertainment, a costume contest, a large team competition, free race photos, and finisher medals and shirts for all.
