The Ozark Trail 100 Mile Endurance Run is a point-to-point trail race near Steelville, Missouri, held on October 25, 2025. Course and logistics
The route is nearly continuous single-track with technical sections, stream crossings, and about 12,000 feet of elevation gain. The race lists 13 staffed aid stations, crew access points at key locations, and drop bag service at designated aid stations. Pacer support is permitted beginning at Brooks Creek (mile 40). A mandatory pre-race briefing is scheduled for Friday, October 24. Registration closes on Wednesday, October 1 at 11:59 PM CT.
