About the race
Situated in Steelville, Missouri, the Ozark Trail 100 Mile Endurance Run is a point-to-point ultramarathon through the Mark Twain National Forest and Ozark Trail. The course covers 100 miles of continuous single-track with about 12,000 feet of elevation gain, offering stream crossings and wilderness passages amid autumn scenery. The event features 13 stocked aid stations, volunteers, a pre-race dinner, and an intimate race atmosphere.
Pacers are allowed from mile 40, and drop bags and crew access points support competitors along the route; base camp and finish are at Bass River Resort. This 17th edition blends tradition with Midwest trail running. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
