Ozark Trail 100 Mile Endurance Run

The Ozark Trail 100 Mile Endurance Run is a challenging ultra-running event held in Steelville, Missouri, traversing 101 miles of the pristine Ozark Trail through Mark Twain National Forest. Celebrating its 17th year, the race features nearly continuous single-track trails with about 12,000 feet of elevation gain, technical terrain, stream crossings, and stunning autumn scenery. The point-to-point course offers 13 fully stocked aid stations, crew access points, and pacer options from mile 40.
